Event Pan is a group event scheduling tool that helps you find the best date for your event based on invitee availability.

It is often quite difficult to keep track of the availabilities of everyone you want to invite to your event and to determine which date(s) work best for the group as a whole. Event Pan aims to solve this problem by providing a simple interface for creating, sharing, and managing the scheduling of an event.

Event Pan first started as a spreadsheet shared between a group of friends. For some people, a spreadsheet may even be preferred over this app. I encourage you to take a look at it here. Feel free to make a copy and play around with it.
